Updated July 14, 2026 - Update 1 patient protocol and current-night guides
Night At The Infirmary
Check a patient, follow Night 1 or Night 2, and separate known protocol warnings from rules that are still unknown.
Unofficial fan-made guide. Roblox and A.D. Games are the places for official support, purchases, moderation, and account issues.
Help for the patient in front of you
Use the checker during an examination, or open the exact-night walkthrough when the task prompt, patient count, or leave sequence is holding you up.
Anomaly checker
Record form, heart-rate, approximate temperature, night-vision, face, hallucination, and sanity observations without receiving a guessed verdict.
Night 1First-shift walkthrough
Complete the 10-patient loop, troubleshoot treatment prompts, and leave after the observed 12am-to-6am shift.
Night 2Second-shift walkthrough
Follow the observed 12-patient target, changed prompts, faceless warning, and limited completion note.
Cross-check before the form decision
The protocol gives warning categories rather than an exact automatic rule. Keep objective evidence separate from frightening visuals.
Current gameplay shows a patient form with photo, name, age, and injury; heart-rate and temperature tools; night vision; hallucination warnings; and a visible sanity meter. Temperature guidance is around 37°C, but exact heart-rate ranges, temperature intervals, and sanity formulas are not confirmed.

The July 14 snapshot shows the experience as [UPD 1] Night At The Infirmary (Anomaly), with Welcome, Completed Night 1, and Completed Night 2 badges.
The official description places you on a night shift examining patients who may not be what they seem. It warns about flashing lights and jumpscares and suggests headphones and high graphics. Those suggestions are optional; player comfort and accessibility should take priority.
